Deprivation of parental rights is a legal procedure aimed at establishing the rights of biological parents or guardians in relation to a child. The court can apply directly to parents who wish to take away parental rights or interested parties provided for by the family code. To do this, you need to prepare an appropriate claim for deprivation of parental rights and file it in a civil court within the jurisdiction of which the case is being considered. As part of the proceedings in the case of deprivation of parental rights, the local child custody authority is involved, which submits its conclusions on the advisability of depriving parental rights.
