Alimony is a specially provided legislative mechanism aimed at ensuring the interests of the child. Basically, this is the minimum necessary financial support provided by law for the normal upbringing of a child, spent on his minimum needs.
Alimony is collected in favor of the person who has the child on full support. There is a view, a person who carries out constant supervision of him and education. The amount of alimony is established by law and is prescribed in the family code.

At the same time, the date of accrual of alimony is indicated, basically it corresponds to the period of applying to the court with a statement of claim for the recovery of alimony. A claim for the recovery of alimony is filed in accordance with the general procedure provided for by the Code of Civil Procedure, in full compliance with the requirements of the Family Code. The amount of alimony can be changed by specifying the desired amount in the statement of claim. At the same time, the amount of alimony depends on the amount of income of the person from whom these alimony are taken.
